Some Useful Facts of Water

If you drink 2 Glasses of water After waking up  - 

This Helps activate internal organs

If you take 1 Glasses of water before 30 minutes of meal

Helps digestion

If you have problem of Lower Blood Pressure 

Please take One Glass of water before taking bath

Take One Glass of water Before sleep
 
Help in avoid stroke or heart attack 


In short, we should drink minimum of  8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
